Who we are

cloud365.io is a trading name of GURUVERSE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16112851. Our registered office is Fifth Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. We are a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

What we do

• Supply Microsoft 365. Licences on one invoice at Microsoft's UK list prices, with set-up or a move from your current supplier.
• Manage it. Starters and leavers, licences, security settings, shared mailboxes, Teams and help for your staff when something stops working.
• Audit it. A security and compliance review of an existing tenant, with a written report mapped to Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 where they apply.

How we work

• Your tenant stays yours. Your data, your domain and your admin access remain with you. We work through named admin accounts protected by MFA.
• Read-only for audits. We ask for read-only admin access, such as Microsoft's Global Reader role, and change nothing while we look.
• Published prices. Licences are charged at the Microsoft prices published on our site, and support plans and the audit have fixed published prices. Set-up, moves and projects are quoted in writing before any work starts.
• Set support hours. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm UK time, excluding bank holidays, with a first reply to support emails within 2 business hours. Cover outside these hours can be agreed.
• Plain English. Reports and advice explain what matters for your business, not just what a settings screen says.

Who we work with

Small and medium-sized UK businesses that run on Microsoft 365, or are about to. Some buy their licences through us. Others keep their current supplier and use us for management or a one-off audit.
