What we collect
When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as your company name, phone number, licence lists or screenshots.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare any review or quote you ask for. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract.
- To provide services you buy from us. The lawful basis is the contract.
- To keep records the law requires, such as invoices. The lawful basis is a legal obligation.
We don't sell your information or use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
Who else handles it
Email sent to our address passes through Cloudflare's email routing service before it reaches our inbox. If you become a customer, Microsoft processes your organisation's data under its own terms as the provider of Microsoft 365.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and customer records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commission, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
